We are THE OWNERS OF THE ROOMS and are in the services of room rental for students.
Our goal is to guarantee a perfect stay for our students, offering them an unforgettable experience in any of our rooms. We believe that the best way to do it is to make them feel at home.
Our Valencia rooms all have an urban feel, in the best areas, next to the universities and the center of the Valencia and the beach.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY ROOM RESERVATION?

Our website is very simple and easy to use. For the management of your reservation, simply choose the room, the check-in date and the check-out date.
Once you have decided on the perfect rental, simply click on “Book.”
You must enter your personal information in the section “Details of the reservation.
Finally, enter the information related to your credit or debit card to proceed with the secure payment of the deposit of your reservation.
Read and then accept our terms of use, by clicking on the corresponding box. At this time, you can pay by card or PayPal. Once the process is completed, you will receive confirmation of your reservation in the email address, along with the registration information and the contact telephone number. WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

The prices are shown with the taxes included and include the monthly accommodation of the room. We remind you that the consumption expenses (electricity, wii, water, gas) are paid separately together with the rent. For details on each room, please visit the accommodation file.
Sheets and comforters are not included.
The kitchen utensils, plates and other elements necessary to inhabit the flat, if they are included, the use is for all the inhabitants of the flat in common. For details on each room, please visit the accommodation file.
Cleaning is an additional charge for the stay, which is paid on the day of departure and mentioned in the reservation process.
In addition, there is a guarantee, not included in the price, which is the amount of the room price, a single payment, which will be paid at the time of registration and the form of payment is in cash and in euros. It will be returned in full, if there has been no damage to the room and its furniture during the rental.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

The information related to your stay and that the reservation and payment have been completed successfully. You will mention the address of the apartment and the details of the reserved room, as well as the name and telephone number of the contact person.

HOW TO PAY?

You can check the payment methods on our website, through the apartment file. The final payment can be made with a card or directly to your PayPal account.
